Returns & Refunds Policy At Hair Buyers Club, we understand that purchasing hair extensions online is an important decision. Due to the nature of human hair products and hygiene considerations, our returns policy is stricter than that of many standard retail products. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only if: • The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. • The security ties, seals, tags, packaging, and product bands remain intact. • The hair has not been opened, brushed, washed, coloured, toned, cut, installed, or otherwise handled beyond reasonable inspection. • A return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on: • Opened hair extension packages. • Hair that has been removed from its original packaging or security seal. • Hair that has been installed, worn, brushed, washed, coloured, toned, cut, heat styled, or chemically treated. • Custom-coloured, custom-ordered, or special-order products. • Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items unless faulty. Colour Matching & Colour Guidance Hair Buyers Club provides colour guidance to help customers choose the most suitable shade. However, colour perception varies due to lighting, photography, screen settings, previous colouring, natural undertones, and individual expectations. For this reason, colour variation or dissatisfaction with a chosen shade is not considered a fault and is not a valid reason for return. If you are unsure about your colour selection, please contact us before ordering. We offer a colour support service and may request photographs and/or a physical hair sample to help determine the most suitable colour match. Where necessary, custom colouring services may be recommended at an additional cost. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. All claims will be reviewed before a replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution is offered. Return Approval Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Refunds Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product fault. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item supplied is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Hair Buyers Club cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
