Returns Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Hair Buyers Club. Due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict policy on returns to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for eligible items.

Unopened Products & Hygiene Policy

Hair extensions are considered hygiene-sensitive products. We only accept returns if the products are completely unopened, unused, unworn, and remain in their original packaging with all seals and ties intact.

Once a product has been opened, removed from its bindings, worn, installed, brushed, washed, coloured, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned under any circumstances due to health and safety regulations.

Colour Match Disclaimer

We provide advisory colour matching services to the best of our ability based on the photographs you submit. However, because we cannot guarantee exact matches via screens, a slight variation in colour is not considered a product defect. If you receive your extensions and feel the colour is not a match, do not open the main bindings. You may return them in their intact, original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence. Do not alter or install the product. If we verify that the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a return and replacement or refund.

How to Contact Us

You must contact us to initiate and authorise a return before sending any products back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
