Because exchange rates fluctuate constantly, the exact amount billed to your payment method in your local currency may vary slightly from the estimate depending on your bank's exchange rate at the exact moment of processing.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. We must receive payment in full before an order is dispatched.

Delivery

Colour Matching

Colour matching guidance provided by Hair Buyers Club, whether through our website, via email, or direct message, is advisory only. We rely on photographs provided by you, and because lighting, screen calibration, and photo compression can dramatically alter the appearance of hair colour, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for the final colour choice when placing your order.

Professional Installation

We strongly recommend that Genius Wefts and Tape Extensions purchased from Hair Buyers Club are installed, maintained, and removed by a qualified, certified hair extension professional. We accept no liability for damage to the extensions, your natural hair, or your scalp resulting from improper installation, maintenance, aftercare, or chemical alteration (including colouring, toning, or bleaching) performed by you or a third party.

Limitation of Liability

Hair Buyers Club shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of the products. Our total liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
