By placing an order with Hair Buyers Club, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor settings and photography lighting. We strongly recommend completing a Free Hair Assessment or consulting with us before purchase to ensure you order the correct colour and specification.

Pricing

All prices are shown in USD. Prices are correct at the time of display and may be subject to change. Orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygiene nature of hair extensions, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact hello@thehairbuyersclub.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Consultations

Our Free Hair Assessment and Bridal Consultation provide general guidance based on the information you supply. Recommendations are advisory only. Final purchasing decisions remain with the customer. Hair Buyers Club accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from information provided inaccurately in a consultation.
